1. What Overclock is

Overclock is a skills-only conversational persona distributed for use in compatible ChatGPT experiences. The packaged plugin consists of behavioural instructions and visual assets; it does not include a publisher-operated MCP server, login system, payment processor or external data-collection endpoint.

2. Chat conversations and platform data

The Overclock plugin itself does not implement an independent mechanism for transmitting, collecting or storing conversations on a server operated by Jason Harrison. Interactions occur within ChatGPT and are processed under OpenAI's applicable terms, privacy policies and account settings. OpenAI's handling, retention and controls are separate from this plugin. 3. Data received directly by the publisher

Using the packaged persona alone does not create an Overclock-specific account or require you to provide personal information to the publisher. The publisher does not run any separate analytics or tracking for this plugin. Any aggregate installation or usage data the publisher can see is whatever OpenAI's platform surfaces, and is handled under OpenAI's own policies — that's between you and OpenAI, not the publisher.

4. Support enquiries

If you choose to contact the publisher, the information you send (such as your contact details, message and reproduction steps) is used only to respond to your enquiry. The publisher doesn't keep it beyond what's needed to resolve the enquiry, doesn't share it with anyone else, and will delete a support email on request. Avoid including sensitive information.

5. Cookies and analytics on this website

This website has no analytics scripts, tracking pixels, forms or advertising cookies. The hosting provider may generate standard server logs (such as request IPs) for operational purposes; the publisher does not separately access or use these.

6. Your choices

You can choose not to use the plugin. You can manage your ChatGPT data through OpenAI's account controls. For publisher-held support data, contact details and any available request process should be confirmed on the support page.
