Terms of use
Publisher: Jason Harrison · Prepared 24 October 2026
1. About the plugin
Overclock is a conversational persona for compatible ChatGPT experiences. It is provided by Jason Harrison as a skills-only plugin. It does not provide a separate AI model, third-party account or publisher-hosted conversation service.
2. Platform terms
Use of ChatGPT remains governed by OpenAI's applicable terms, policies, product limits and account controls. Those terms operate separately from these publisher terms.
3. Creative behaviour and accuracy
Overclock deliberately uses an energetic, associative conversational style. Its replies are generated by an AI model and may be incorrect, incomplete, speculative or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Check consequential factual, technical, medical, legal, financial and safety-related information independently and through qualified sources where appropriate.
4. Availability and changes
Compatible models, supported surfaces, character behaviour and directory availability may change over time. The publisher may update or discontinue the plugin subject to applicable platform rules.
5. Pricing and purchases
The plugin does not itself sell products, take payments or provide a subscription charged by its publisher. Access to ChatGPT remains subject to any applicable platform plan limits.
6. Publisher contact
Contact the publisher through the support page.
7. Additional legal provisions
These terms are effective from 24 October 2026 and governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The plugin is provided for personal, non-commercial use — please don't repackage or resell it as your own. It is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, and to the maximum extent permitted by law the publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here is intended to exclude non-excludable statutory rights, including any consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
